What is the Pomodoro Technique?

A time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s. It uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short 5-minute breaks.

Four pomodor cycles constitute a larger set, after which a longer 15-30 minute break is taken.
